Damilola is a Cloud Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Information Technology, specialising in Cloud Hosting and Telecommunications. She graduated from Southampton Solent University with a First-Class degree in Computing, showcasing her dedication and academic excellence. Driven by a passion for empowering individuals with brilliant minds, Damilola has been instrumental in guiding aspiring professionals toward successful career paths in IT and beyond. Her journey as a mentor began in 2018, where she started training and mentoring individuals looking to pivot into the tech industry. Since then, she has impacted the lives of many individuals through group and private mentorship. Recognising the challenges many face - bespoke course are often expensive with limited resources. However, Damilola made it her mission to reduce the shortage of skilled workers in the workforce by mentoring and training using through our dynamic courses and mentoring. Her commitment to breaking down these barriers inspired the creation of Opportunity Boost CIC. Launched in August 2024, Opportunity Boost is a charity dedicated to empowering individuals in the workplace, communities, and unemployed to help address addressing workforce inequalities, and driving economic growth. Opportunity Boost aims to provide accessible training tailored to meet your needs to secure successful careers opportunities. Damilola believes that empowering one person creates a ripple effect, enabling learners to inspire and uplift their families and communities. To bring this vision to life, Damilola has gathered a team of certified, experienced and passionate professionals who shares her passion for giving back to our diverse community.
